You must be aware of the weather effects that may affect your house.

House: You first start out with this, you choose where to place yours.

Garage: A place to store all your items. cost: 2,000 zeni.

Gravity room: Can set the gravity from 10 to 100 times. As the technology advances, the gravity may rise, until a maximum of 1,000,000 times normal gravity. cost: 5,000 zeni.

Base: A meeting place for your group. Underneath you house. cost: 20,000 zeni.

Tournament grounds: A place to hold tournaments. Only one can be bought by anyone on one planet. cost: 500,000 zeni. Gain 25,000 zeni per tournament. Only one can be held a month.

Rejuvination tank: Takes one day, but will heal you of anything. Can be used an infinite amount of times. Goes just outside of your house. 20,000 Zeni
 
Plants: They just make your house prety. 50 zenni for 10 plants.
 
Furnature: Makes your house nice inside. Sofas are 200 zeni, and tables and chairs are 100 zeni a piece.
